Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. This is Jonathan Satovsky of Satovsky Asset Management and on this episode of, “Seeking Wisdom, Wealth, and Wellness,” I want to talk about motivation and scale.
How do you do something tenfold relative to where you are today, thinking out 10 or 25 years, how can you grow tenfold? There’s a couple of concepts:
1. Chop wood, carry water. Just keep focusing on doing the little things and little things turn into big things.
2. You need a mindset to believe that tenfold is possible. The compounding and the exponential impact of scale, technology and systems, people and processes. It takes engineering to simplify, to multiply—and anyway I’m giving a lot of jargon, but at the end of the day, you need a collective ecosystem that shares in the vision that exponential things are possible—both the team that’s working and the consumers that find immense value in what’s being created, what’s being delivered, and the investments that are being made. People who can stick on that path even when things get tough. Even when there’s dark moments. Even when there’s challenges. Even when there’s hiccups.
So keep going and persevering, particularly when times are tough, double up and have the support and the systems in place to accelerate growth for everyone’s future wisdom, wealth, and wellness—your future self will thank you.
Have a great day.
